RENJI!!!!

As I was about to start a potions essay for end of term, it came to my attention that my familiar was, for lack of a better term, missing. Usually, Suzu is puttering around the room or near my experimentation table and greets me when I return from lessons. Before I started, I searched my room and all the various nooks, crannies, and magical hideaways. I found this:



My tanuki is missing and I have a hedgehog. Kyouju, have you seen Suzu by chance? I know she likes you and visits often.

(ooc: so... Suzu got into one of Inui's potions that had spilled and has been transfigured into a hedgehog. it'll wear off... eventually. he hasn't figured this out and is kind of beside himself // strikes deleted)

No. Susu is a raven. Suzu is a tanuki. I understand how you could confuse the names, but they are very different creatures.

You named your familiar after Yanagi-senpai's? Why?

I did no such thing. We received our familiars at different times. I was unaware of the name Kyouju had for his until we met up again here at the academy.

Well, that's as creepy as hell. You need to watch Yanagi, Inui-senpai! He almost zapped you at the Valentine Pageant and you should see what he does to fairies!

The hedgehog is very sweet. I like its spines.

Why are you commenting on its cuteness factor?! There are more important things.

Oh! Since you room with Kyouju, have you by chance seen Suzu?!

You should try it on wet cat food too. I hear that's good for hedgehogs. Would you like me to bring some over?

I'm afraid I haven't. We have only a cat and a bird.

Unnecessary. I located some vegetation from the edge of the forest that seems to be well-enjoyed.

Ah, that's good. Inui.... how did the hedgehog get into Willow? There are many defences added to by myself and Yanagi on the doors....

I am unsure. I am still looking at the wards on my room as well as the construction of the dorms to check for possible entrances.

Yes, I'll take a look at it. I tried to ask Susu to go look for Suzu, but he just gave me an odd look and cawed. Perhaps it's a mutiny.

If we still cannot find her, perhaps you can ask Tezuka for an augury.

Unfortunately, Susu refuses to budge no matter how many times I tell him to go look for his missing friend. He does not appear very concerned, so Suzu is likely all right.

We're getting a new cacti friend? I have the perfect pot.

You don't get to keep it. The hedgehog is mine.
